External Transmission Policy

This policy is published under Article 27-12 of the Japanese Telecommunications Business Act (rules on the transmission of user information to external parties). It describes the information sent from your device to third parties when you use ModParks.

1. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used and to improve it.

Information sent: URL of the page viewed, referrer, IP address, browser and device type, language setting, access time, and identifiers stored in cookies
Sent to: Google LLC (United States) and its group companies
Purpose: measuring and analysing site traffic, and producing statistics used to improve the service

2. Google AdSense (advertising)

We display ads through Google AdSense to cover running costs. Ad providers may collect information from your device when ads are served.

Information sent: URL of the page viewed, referrer, IP address, browser and device type, ad impression and click data, and identifiers stored in cookies
Sent to: Google LLC (United States) and its advertising partners
Purpose: serving and displaying ads, measuring ad performance, detecting invalid clicks, and tailoring ads to your interests

3. How to stop these transmissions

You can stop some or all of these transmissions:

Disable or delete cookies in your browser settings
Turn off personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings at https://adssettings.google.com/
Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

If you disable cookies, some features of the site — such as staying signed in — will stop working.

4. Transmissions required to run the service

Information needed to provide features you asked for, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your language and theme, and blocking abuse, is sent to our own servers (running on Cloudflare). These transmissions fall outside the notification requirement, and the data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to this policy

If the recipients or the information sent change, we will update this page.
